Let’s do a quick revision before we get started.
CAUSE
refers to a person, event, condition or reason that is responsible for an action or result
EFFECT
refers to a result brought about by a cause or agent
Exercise 1 has 15 items – Match each cause on the left with an effect on the right.
Exercise 2 has 8 items – Read the effect and write your own cause for each sentence.
