Tobias:       You could buy her a book. Books are nice.

Martina:    Oh, no. I bought her a book last year. I will not buy her a book again.

Tobias:       OK. Then, you could buy her a concert ticket.

Martina:    Ah, I’m not sure about that. She doesn’t like big crowds, you know. I don’t think she will enjoy that.

Tobias:       You could take her to the movies. There are several really good movies next week.

Martina:    Well, I can’t just take her to the movies. It has to be more special than that, you know. It’s her birthday.

Tobias:       Well, after the movie you can go to a karaoke bar and sing all night.

Martina:    Oh, no. Not for me. I can’t sing. We both can’t sing… But I think she can dance really well, and maybe it’s a good idea to go dancing after the movies. It will be fun.
